Need a room to study with a group of friends? Or space for a work meeting? You can now book a study room online!

We offer small study rooms for groups of 2 to 12 people during open Library hours. Anyone can reserve a study room for up to 2 hours per day; these can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance.

Our larger meeting rooms are for community nonprofit organizations and reservations must be approved. To reserve a meeting room, you must be 18 or older with a current Schaumburg Library card. These rooms may be requested up to 90 days in advance.
