Mindful Drumming

Thursday, May 7 • 7-8 p.m. • Hoffman Estates Branch

Wanda Lee, Certified Mindfulness Coach and holder of an Interprofessional Certificate in Mindfulness, guides patrons in a sound-based mental wellness activity. Using drums, Wanda helps to center and group patrons using rhythm and sound vibrations.
