There’s no time like the present to talk about race, racism and anti-racism with your family. Join us for this hands-on, four-part series that will guide you through various aspects of understanding and talking about race. You’ll receive a virtual workbook and each session will include time for group discussions as well as conversations with your family members.

This series is led by Asia Lyons, founder and lead consultant for Lyons Educational Consulting LLC, a consulting and coaching firm that supports schools and other non-profits in their creation of culturally responsive programming and curriculum.

All programs are live via Zoom, and also live streamed at SchaumburgLibrary.tv. And if you miss the live broadcast, you can watch the recording, available on demand on our YouTube channel at SchaumburgLibrary.tv.
