The ideal candidate must demonstrate effective customer service skills to assist patrons using the public access computers. Proficient knowledge of Word, Internet, Email, connecting to Wi-Fi, printing, and scanning is required. Excel Formula knowledge is preferred. CA staff are responsible for registering students for classes in-person and over the phone, using a cash register, sending faxes, and setting up computer equipment in public meeting rooms. Availability to fill in for other shifts is preferred.
