An exhibit is a temporary presentation of artwork, collections, educational materials, cultural materials, or other items displayed for public viewing within the Library. Community exhibits are typically up for one month.

When reviewing proposals, we consider the following factors:

  • Alignment with the Library’s mission and community interests
  • Educational, cultural, or artistic value
  • Presentation quality and space requirements
  • Safety and installation considerations
  • Staff capacity and exhibit scheduling
