There will be an Executive Session under section 2(c)(5)—the purchase or lease of real estate property for the use of the public body, including meetings held for the purpose of discussing whether a particular parcel should be acquired.

The Library Board enter Executive Session under section 2(c)(5) at 7:05 P.M.

Trustee Bernas moved and Trustee Seyring seconded that: The Library Board exit Executive Session at 7:42 P.M.
