Two positions available.
The Reserves Desk Assistant is responsible for retrieving holds, resolving patron reserve issues or complaints and processing reserved Library materials, locating missing materials and answering patron inquiries and giving information to the Registration Desk in order to update patrons’ records. The Reserves Desk Assistant accomplishes this by looking in the Library’s collections and addressing patrons over the telephone, in-person, or by email.
Two part-time positions available.
The Branch Assistant is responsible for assisting and fulfilling the patrons' needs in the areas of registration and circulation, placing holds and addressing overdue matters. The Branch Assistant may also need to register patrons for Library programs and activities and is able to operate and assist patrons with equipment and machines. The Branch Assistant is responsible for representing the Library standards, as this position mostly interacts with patrons.
