CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL 

Director Miskewitch called the meeting to order at 5:34 P.M.

PUBLIC COMMENTS 

None 

NEW BUSINESS 

Director Miskewitch highlighted the importance of the committee to formally meet to discuss a variety of issues and policies that are related to Personnel. The Employee Handbook is due for annual review and approval for the new calendar year, so she asked members to review again for any feedback and suggestions before it goes to the full Board. Paul Mills, Executive Director of Fountaindale Library was invited to speak on his experience as an employer and employee of one who is part of the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund (IMRF) as the Library discusses current employee benefits and help answer any questions in this infant, exploratory stage.  

ADJOURNMENT 

Director Miskewitch moved the meeting adjourn at 6:55 P.M. 

The motion passed unanimously.
