The committee reviewed Year 2 activities of the Strategic Plan with updates and clarifications provided. Also discussed was a full Board retreat with an offsite location and a teambuilding activity as well as a tour of the renovation to date back at Central in January 2024.

Trustee Pye moved the meeting adjourn at 6:48 P.M.
