Trustee Jonen moved and Hyman seconded that:

The Library Board exit the open session at 5:32 P.M.

The motion passed unanimously.

Trustee Wroblewski Bosshart moved and Vice President Bromley seconded that: 
The Library Board enter Executive Session at 5:33 P.M.

Trustee Jonen exited the meeting at 6:35 P.M.

The Library Board took a short break at 7:45 P.M. The Library Board reconvened at 7:52 P.M.


Vice President Bromley moved and Trustee Wroblewski Bosshart seconded that: 
 
The Library Board re-enter Regular Session at 8:22 P.M.
