Need a quiet room to study or a meeting space for your group? We have small discussion rooms for groups of 2 to 12 people, as well as larger meeting rooms for nonprofit community organizations.

Discussion Rooms

We offer small discussion rooms for groups of 2 to 12 people during open Library hours. Anyone can reserve a room for up to 2 hours per day. Read our Discussion Room Policy for more information.

Meeting Rooms

We offer the use of larger meeting rooms for community nonprofit organizations. To reserve a meeting room, you must be an adult 18 years or older with a current Schaumburg Library card.

You may request a room up to 90 days in advance; we require at least 3 business days to review and approve your request. Read our Meeting Room Policy for more information.
